Flow Adjustment

The DB diaphragm dosing pump flow can be adjusted by hand or by remote signal.

For the remote control, there are two methods can be provided by SIKOPUMP:
1. Metering pump stroke controller:
SIKOPUMP provides two brands of stroke controllers for DB mechanical dosing pump.
One is original in Chinese brand, and another one is Milton Roy E-stroke controller.
The stoker controller will direct change the pump stroke. And the control signal is in 4-20mA type.
2. Variable frequency motor with the inverter.
Together with the variable frequency motor and inverter, the motor frequency can be changed accordingly.
Then the pump flow will be changed when pump speed changing.

DB metering pump material(SIKOPUMP)

* The SIKOPUMP DB metering pump diaphragm is pressed into multi-layer composite structure, in five layers. The first liquid layer of PTFE, the second layer of EPDM, the third layer of thickness 3mm SUS304 supporting, the fourth layer is reinforced nylon fiber, the fifth layer is EPDM.
* All the pump diaphragm is supported by stainless-steel strengthened plate at the back. Therefore, the DB metering pump diaphragm supplied by SIKOPUMP has a super long service life and high accuracy.
* Ceramic ball valve is available for the stainless-steel material pump.
